Roof Repair / Roof Coating Technician
We are currently hiring a Roof Repair / Roof Coating Technician in Lafayette, LA, to work on-site, performing repairs and applying coatings on various roof systems. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with other crews when needed.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform roof repairs on shingle, flat, metal, MOD BIT, and TPO systems
- Conduct site visits and recommend best practices for coating applications
- Operate roof-coating equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and follow scope of work documentation accurately
- Assist with gutter or sheet metal crews as needed
- Travel to job sites when required
- Maintain a professional and safety-first mindset at all times

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a skilled, dependable, and motivated technician who takes pride in a well-done job. The ideal candidate brings more than just experience — they also have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of roofing experience with a focus on:
- Shingles, flat roofing, metal, MOD BIT, TPO
- Silicone and other coating applications
- Proficient in roof coating tools & equipment
- Ability to read tape measures, scopes, and instructions
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Capable of pulling a 20’ box trailer
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be 20 years or older with reliable transportation
