No one enjoys spending the money for a new roof and to be honest I was dreading the whole process from start to finish. But Tracy Taranto (sales) and Grant Boudreaux (project manager) made the whole process seamless. Tracy from the beginning understood my concerns and worked around them, while keeping constant communication. Pelican Roofing has been instrumental in helping me assess the damage to my roof following a hail storm at the beginning of last summer and they walked me hand-in-hand through the process to get insurance to pay for the damage, even coming back multiple times to take pictures that had to be submitted. It ended up being a very long process because my homeowner’s insurance was difficult to work with but Pelican has made it so easy for me and I’m finally getting my total roof replacement. I never even would have known the extent of the damage if they hadn’t come to check it out. Alan Langley is the person who’s kept in touch throughout the entire process and I can’t say enough good things about him so I would definitely recommend Pelican Roofing to anybody like me who’s going through the claims process for the first time to install a new roof… they even offered to assist with repairs to my chimney and everything! This company has truly gone above and beyond to help me and I’m so grateful!

I bought a house that had roof tiles. The tile company went out of business over 10 years ago. Ian was able to find the exact tiles in great shape to replace some tiles that had broken over time. He is the guy if you need to do tile roof repair.
Ten months later, when selling the home, inspection for the buyer found 5 additional damaged tiles. Ian, Emmanuel and Tiffany were most helpful in responding quickly and professionally within a very short timeline. Can't imagine using anyone else for roofing.

Pelican roofing has been a dream to deal with! The communication before, during, and after the process by Eric Cashio and Many was top notch! The job was done in a very timely manner and then crew stayed after completion into the dark to make sure and do a very good clean up then came the following day to insure all the nails were picked up. My expectations were definitely exceeded and anyone looking for roofing work would be doing themselves and disservice by using anyone other than Pelican Roofing!

Our experience with Pelican Roofing was STELLAR! From the initial contact, Robert was quick to respond, provided an accurate quote and never pressured us to make a decision. After receiving quotes from 4 other companies, we elected to go with Pelican based on the responsiveness of Robert, as well as his vast knowledge of the product and services. Although the install was a bit longer than anticipated (through no fault of Pelican), we were finally able to get our new roof installed last week and the installation crew was as impressive as the salesman! Manny, our crew leader, was efficient, knowledgeable and kept his crew rolling. We had over 7800 sq ft of roofing to change and it was done in 1 day with a crew of more than 13 guys! They left our home/yard cleaner than it was when they arrived and left us with a beautiful new roof! Highly recommend Robert, Manny and all the crews with Pelican Roofing!

From the very beginning Patrick (Pelican Rep)took control. He dealt with the insurance, correlated all the work, and then took care of the final stuff with the insurance. After being in construction over 30yrs myself, the actual workers, on the roof, were phenomenal, ten or 12 individuals working like one machine. They hardly spoke to one another. From the lead men to the helpers, they all knew what and when to do something. They constantly kept the house safe from debris and especially the roofing tacks. When they were finished --- except for a beautiful new roof, you could not tell they had even been there. I would recommend PELICAN ROOFING to my Mom, if she were still here.
